Professional Welding Clinic · Review draft

Help customers understand your services and get in touch.

Your website already has pages for many of your services. I suggest making the most useful pages clearer, adding examples of your work, and making it easier to ask for help.

Prepared by Lee, Digital Den · September 2026 · Please review before the website is changed.

1

What I found

The main points from your website, other businesses and a sample of Google searches.

The right pages are already there.

You already have pages for welding procedures, welder testing and inspection. I would improve these first.

View the page ↗

Some pages leave questions unanswered.

The WPS/PQR page explains the service briefly. It does not explain the steps, what the customer must provide, or the paperwork they receive.

View the page ↗

Show your experience on service pages.

Your About page lists useful qualifications and experience. Show the relevant ones beside each service, where customers are deciding whether to contact you.

View the page ↗

The contact page needs a clearer start.

It leads with information about certification work in Iran. I suggest starting with how Australian customers can discuss a job.

Your website

Explain what happens after someone calls.

This page gives a short explanation of WPS/PQR work. A customer may still ask: Can you help with my job? What do I send you? What do I receive?

What I suggestAdd the work steps, the documents supplied, and a short example. Keep the contact button easy to find.

Example from another business

Make the service and area easy to spot.

Sydney Welders puts the service, Sydney coverage and phone number near the top. The next section shows the types of help available.

What I suggestUse the same clear approach with your own services, wording and experience.

What people are searching for

People search for specific jobs and standards, as well as general welding help. I suggest improving the matching service pages. Some searches are for training or information, so the page must make it clear that you offer a service.

Other businesses I looked at
Sydney Welders

Clear service names, Sydney coverage and phone buttons.

GMC Consultants

Explains the help included in preparing a business for certification.

Asset Conformity Testing Services

Explains inspection, supervision and the records supplied. It is based in WA and advertises work across Australia.

These examples show how other websites explain their services. They do not prove that those businesses get more enquiries.

2

What I suggest

Start with the work most likely to help the customers you want.

STEP 1

Start with five services.

Welding procedures, welder testing, inspection, ISO 3834 support and AS/NZS 5131 support. Confirm these are the jobs you want more of.

STEP 2

Answer the questions before the call.

Explain who the service is for, what you do, what the customer receives and what you need to quote.

STEP 3

Show real experience.

Use current qualifications, a short job example and genuine photos. Only show customer names or documents you have permission to use.

STEP 4

Make the next step simple.

Ask for the type of job, location and deadline. Let people call, email or send a short enquiry.

Four things I need from you

  • Which services do you want more work in?
  • Where can you attend jobs, and what can you do remotely?
  • Which qualifications and job examples can I use?
  • For certification work, what do you handle and who issues the certificate?

About and contact

Keep the existing pages where they are useful. Check the two pages about welding procedures before combining them. Review the old OHSAS page separately before changing or removing it.

What goes on each page

These boxes show suggested website wording, from top to bottom. Read them as a draft page. The layout is a wireframe, not a finished design. Yellow boxes contain suggested examples you can use as templates. Replace the example details with your own information.

The next step: review the priorities and draft wording. I can then quote the remaining writing and website work. This plan does not include those changes.

Research notes and sources

The research used your public website, the competitor pages linked above, and a small sample of Google searches. The first review and search figures are from 7 September 2026. Screenshots were captured for this revised report.

I have not reviewed your website traffic or actual enquiry records. Those would help confirm what to work on first. The plan aims to make your services clearer and easier to find; it cannot promise rankings or more enquiries.
